We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our organization's quality assurance and control functions. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products and services meet consistent standards of excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP). Define and implement quality procedures, policies, and best practices across all departments. Lead internal and external audits; manage audit findings and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Oversee inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and final product release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services. Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance; prepare reports for senior management. Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies. Handle customer complaints and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory requirements. Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a quality management role, preferably in [manufacturing / pharmaceuticals / medical devices / food production – customize as needed]. In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, etc. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are a plus. Working Conditions: Office and production floor environments. Occasional travel to supplier or customer sites may be required. Standard working hours with occasional need for extended hours to meet project deadlines.
